Visited nandos Boldon tonight.
Fast food service despite the restaurant being busy.
Food was nice and hot and very tasty.
Customer service was fantastic, Sylvia was very friendly and provided such a fantastic service to us. Nothing was too much for her. I would recommend and will be visiting again soon.

A treat from my two young sons for my birthday. We'd had a bit of a wait for a table so the manage compensated us with complimentary food.
Food and service was outstanding...I hope the manager gets some praise for his very kind gesture. Can't wait to go back.
....and my kids saved their ££.....THANK YOU

I ordered a sunset burger, one of the chicken thighs was pink! I asked a member of the kitchen if it was okay to eat and a lovely girl called Steph asked if I wanted another one, she then proceeded to bring it to the table however I was Finished my meal, I asked if she would put it in a take away box and she done it straight away, she was so helpful and so kind! Honestly the best service I’ve had from staff at nandos, she deserves some recognition!

Really quite disappointed with our food tonight, I chose Nandos for my birthday meal out as I've really enjoyed it previously. Chicken portions were a lot smaller than usual and not nearly as nice as my last visit my daughters butterfly chicken was burnt on the bottom and the restaurant, although very nice was really cold, we ate with our coats on!

I've been coming to eat at nandos sfor years, eating there 4x a week. Just want to put across that I think the new adjustments to your pittas and wrap arnt that great :( I won't be coming no where near as often

We ordered our food and it took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive. When it did arrive, we had to wait a further 10 minutes for some of our sides. Not the best experience I have been to others with much better service.

I was told a 15 minute wait, after 30 minutes a member of staff comes over to me and tells me theres no spicey rice left. After watching other customers get served after me and ordered spicey rice and got them before me i was very disappointed. I changed my side option. It took a further 15 minutes for the food to come. The chicken was dry and the hot sauce was none existent. The not so creamy mash was hard and tastless.

This store in the colliery town of Boldon is definitely the best thing in town, in a new shopping development on the outskirts of the town centre and on the main roads close to the Tyne tunnel.

So onto the second Nando's of the day at Boldon - which now being a Friday evening, things were quite busy inside, but there were still a few tables free so was seated straight away at a four-seater just to the left of the entrance. The chairs at this table were quite funky as the legs/chairs themselves didn't move but the seat span around - which kept me entertained for a little while...

With a new Nando's in the area, it seemed an opportune moment to go and flex those Nando's wings and give it a try. After a snowy drive up the A19, I arrived Boldon. Parked, and went in to Nando's. I was greeted by a Nandoca almost immediately, who wanted to sit me next to the door. I declined this table, and was re-seated somewhere a bit warmer. It was quite busy when I arrived, but still enough free tables to pick out a reasonable sitting spot.
