Bristol - Cribbs Causeway - Pompey Ranger Review
This Nandos is based on the top floor of the food court in a shopping mall on the outskirts of Bristol. There was a winter ice rink based outside on the day i arrived. One draw back was the lift was broken and I had my mum with me so we had to get the opporsite lift upto the first floor then climb the 30 steps to the store, Not a problem for me but was for my mum and prams.
Some staff were very freindly and amazing some staff rude and useless hence the mid range score. Decoration was very good and it featured a wide range of paintings and object d'art. Seating was a mix of tables, soft benches and raised secluded sections in the middle. Very neat and tidy store and well decorated. Its open on one side out to the food court and benefits a view of sorts. Toilets were at back of store and clean though nothing special. Food wasn't that fast and they forgot to bring my bread roll out to me and so in end I went and collected it from hot lamps and the butter portion had tottally melted out the packet.
One irritation to us was that we had 2 babies placed on table next to us despite there being space further away. Also a member of staff placed their prams (how they got them up without lift?) blocking the corridor to the disabled toilet and the fire exit which did concern me somewhat!
On whole enjoyed the visit, the food and the decor was both good which is a first for me in a food court store.
