I was very disappointed with the food and the service. The chicken was dry and rice was hard and burnt . And at the till I showed my ID as NHS staff but didn’t give us 20% discount. Unlike in Abbeywood and Cabot circus excellent food and excellent service, they give discount as it should be. NEVER to go there in Nando’s cribbs.

I cannot thank the staff enough at this nandos. I confused them to no end and they handled the situation professionally and were very polite and helpful. Elisha, the manager and another lady who I unfortunately did not get the name of continued to run around after me even though the restaurant was fairly busy and sorted everything out for us. We had a lovely lunch and made it all the better to feel so welcome! Excellent customer service!

Had a lovely nandos today was made to feel really welcome by all staff especially sukhs who greeted us at the door and seated us he was really friendly and accommodating me and my husband both commented on how nice he was and the food was lovely will definitely be returning! :) thanks

Having never had the Nandos experience before which may surprise a lot of people especially as I have three older daughters ages 19, 25, 28 who absolutely rave about the place I decided to give it a try. Us four girls were enjoying some retail therapy at The Mall Cribbs Causeway Near Bristol so it was easy to park and free all day.

Nando’s 73 was in Bristol’s out of town Cribb’s Causeway shopping centre, a monstrous building in the middle of nowhere. On entering from the car park (with ample free space to park all the cars you want), I spied Nando’s branding a couple of floors above. We took the elevator up, which lead directly into the restaurant’s seating area.

This Nandos is based on the top floor of the food court in a shopping mall on the outskirts of Bristol. There was a winter ice rink based outside on the day i arrived. One draw back was the lift was broken and I had my mum with me so we had to get the opporsite lift upto the first floor then climb the 30 steps to the store, Not a problem for me but was for my mum and prams.

After the disappointment of my Nando's earlier in the day, I was really hoping to get my peri-peri fix - and so visited this Cribbs Causeway branch and overall, was very pleased.
