Hi Iam Dean.
Recently I went to Cribbs Causeway Nandos, and i was greeted by a gentleman staff in the name of RICHARD! I have been a businessman for 30 years and had employed countless of people, and I could say that RICHARD is Unique. He was so professional in his welcoming to us he instantly makes you feel you are his friend and let you feel you somehow knew him already! He was extremely polite and friendly with a touch of professionalism. You could almost think of him as experience wisdom and respect on legs. Although other staff served us and were also helpful, but he eclipsed everybody else and felt like there is only RICHARD in the entire restaurant. Staff like that are not only assets to the business but should be partners. They are the ones that make or break the business. Thank you Richard.
