1 (>25 mins - Asked repeatedly. I need my Nando's)

1.5 (Very disappointing - cold, flavourless, burnt)

1 (Very dirty, nothing on walls, I wanted to leave!)

Placed the order at the cashier, waited for more than 20min
Then when I asked Lee (looked like the person in charge) she was extremely rude. Beside being rude, the order docket was misplaced, and didn’t make an effort to even acknowledge it.

Very poor service.
