Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
Husband and I went for a late meal with a couple of friends. Our order got messed up meaning that our chicken wing starter (specifically asked for it as a starter) got bought out at the same time as our main. Our friends starters were bought at the correct time. The chicken was nice, but a little overcooked, in all truth the worst nandos meal I've eaten. The staff seem very disinterested and unwelcoming, didn't ask us how our meal was and didn't seem bothered about the mix up... A very disappointing experience, better service from the KFC the other side of the car park. Our house is a 5 min walk away, but won't be visiting this branch again, would rather drive to 10 miles or so to Derby nandos where the service and food are great. What a shame because I usually love nandos, more staff training required for this branch
