Would like to commend staff member Ben Norman for fantastic customer service, dealing with an issue in a caring way and being attentive at all times throughout our meal, did want to leave a personal tip but there was no option to tip him personally?

The service was amazing. The team are so polite and helpful. Me and my partner had a a full platter with drinks. I had a allergy order Gluten and made me feel so at ease that everything would be cooked separately. Ben the manger who took the order was really helpful and polite even bringing over the food. I have been to nandos all around Manchester and around the country and the service today just made my day.

Can i just say thankyou to the manager who was on tonite, a lady i didnt get her name, there was a delay with our food when others on our table had got thers 10 mins before. she culdnt do enough for us when we asked were it was, got my little girls food straight away, and then gave us free desserts. Thankyou!!

Menu easy to read as I have only eaten here once before and my son ordered for me that time . Enjoyed my meal and will definitely coming back it was delicious .

Amazing service, come in and the place was so busy we almost left. But the manger on shift helped to speed everything along and was rushing around to get all the tables cleared.
The manager on shift was Hannah, we asked one of the other staff on shift her name as we was so impressed by her level of customer service! she got us sat down within 10 minutes after being told a 25 wait. Also served us at the till and was really helpful with recommendations to try new food!

I regularly go to Nando's in bury and other towns and I felt today's service was exceptionally great! A member of staff called Phil specifically stood out for his friendly manner and his nothing is too much trouble attitude. He gave the experience a real personal touch!
I went with my sister and we have the No bones about it platter at medium spice with a large peri chips, spicy rice and my sister had coleslaw (gross)

i had the 5 wings (lemon & herb) with chips and garlic bread, my mum got half a chicken free thanks to her nando's reward card, good quiet place to eat on a monday night, best time i've been

A day out near Bury, and a trip to the Nando's was in order. I consulted the App, and initially struggled to find the outlet, eventually coming across it after much wandering around. I entered the outlet, and was left standing for a bit, before being ushered towards a table with not so much as a welcome. Not a good welcome to what appeared to be (from research anyway!) quite a good outlet! The outlet is quite large, split in to two sections.

Went here for lunch with a couple of friends and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the establishment relative to other options in the local area. Although the restaurant was quite busy we were shown to a table quickly by a charming young lady. There was a bit of a wait to order food but with two tills working there wasn't really a lot more they could have done. The food took a little longer to arrive than I am used to but when it arrived it was hot and tasted good.

My son was diagnosed Coeliac last year and it's a nightmare trying to go out for a meal because most restaurants have not got a clue how to prepare gluten free food. We tried Nandos expecting the usual limited choice and were amazed that my 9 year old had a great selection from the menu. The staff were knowledgable and Nandos have prepared a dietary guide, so they really do know what they are talking about. All of our food was fantastic and my son Jake wolfed his food down.

Stuck in yet another traffic jam prompted me to have a few miles detour and pop into this delightful branch of Nando's. It's in The Rock shopping centre and parking after 6pm (or was it 6:30pm?) is free - so great location and value! A very short walk out the ground floor exit and you are at Nando's.

This Nandos, is by far the cleanest nandos restaurant I have visited. (I've been to over 25 accross the country) The staff are all attentive and friendly. They go out of their way to speak to their guests and make them feel welcome and comfortable. The food is cooked extremely well and is served to your table quickly. I like the layout and decor of the restaurant as well. It's warm and cosy. A great find, and it will become my new most frequently visited nandos as a result.

Nandos in Bury has an amazing quality and great staff. The branch was half full but the services was excellent as they were very relaxed and polite. I first came to this branch a week after it opened and thought it was a high quality, clean place with high quality food. I come here weekly now because it is closer to home and much friendlier than the branch in the Trafford Center/Chill Factor. Absolutely brilliant!

I love Nando's Bury. I go weekly with my friends and the branch has varied occupancy, either way the food comes out to an amazing standard and at a very good price. The service is to a high standard as staff make it easy to ask for things. Would go there every day if i had the money!

Nando's in Bury is very welcoming and the staff can't do enough for you. They are always there if you need anything. Nandos in Bury offers great discount for others working in the same shopping development which is awesome. Whenever I go to Nandos it is always clean and tidy. The restaurant is decorated very tastefully and offers a good choice of seating for both small or large groups.

We enjoy going to the Bury Branch of Nandos as it is closer to home and alot more friendlier than the branch in manchester. We also enjoy going because it is a new branch and very clean and well presented. It is such a warm and friendly atmosphere you atomatically feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door.
