Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

Although the food was nice, staff pleasant, and the atmosphere okay, I was really disappointed with the ordering side of things. I was having problems ordering using the QR code/online format. I queried this with a member of staff who said they may be able to put the order through the till and would ask their manager. On their return they said that the manager said they can't take our order through the till and I was left to go back to my table to middle through and figure it out. We eventually managed to place our order but I felt just brushed aside and offered no help, and if we wouldn't have been able to place our order due to the technical difficulties the we would have just had to leave the restaurant. I will not be dining in at nandos again as this spoilt my experience, although I would likely order at home for a delivery if I have nandos in future.
