I had the 1/2 chicken, chips and garlic bread and bottomless drink. From the moment I entered the door I was noticed and accommodated immediately I was even given the option moving to a more comfortable seat, I’m 9 months pregnant and due any time and this was particular Nando’s is next to the hospital, they were extremely nice and the customer service was 10/10. There was 4 particular staff members I’d like to mention as they stood out and helped me the most.

Half chicken, fries and rainbow slaw. The manager Jack and Server Christian were exceptional brilliant customer service, great job.

Poor service unfriendly staff felt extremely unwelcome and an intrusion every request was met with sighs and eye rolls, staff would not take cash or order over the till demanding we use the app food was cold would of sent it back if we weren’t in such a rush to leave such an unwelcoming environment

My meal was absolutely amazing and the customer service was incredibly. Especially from a kind worker called Zara, really made me and my sister feel welcomed and catered too! She is definitely an amazing asset to the Camberwell Nando’s team ! 10/10

We ordered a takeaway for a Monday birthday dinner and the Deliveroo driver went missing with our food. Deliveroo customer service whilst incredibly polite, proved to be pretty unhelpful in making sure we were able to provide dinner for our children included in the birthday meal. They were not able to resend the order to Nando’s and by way of compensation tried to give a standard promotional offer that had already been received via email earlier that day.

So me and my daughters are a mixture of vegetarian /meat eating/vegans who find it hard to eat out as a family, and Camberwell nandos and your staff were amazing and accommodating.
My youngest want the children's meal so they adapted her wrap with just salad and made it a salad wrap meal with chips and garlic bread with ice cream for dessert you made a six year old very happy that she made a video recommending nandos

We attended Nado's camberly today whilst taking a break from all the Christmas shopping. Our food was very lovely, hot and fresh and couldn't have asked for more. Although the .ain't reason for my review is to thank one of you colleagues Paris. My 2 year old daughter fell over and Paris could not have been more helpful. He was reassuring, comforting and even made her giggle. Paris soon had her laughing again and couldn't have been more attentful.

This store on the corner of Denmark Hill and Coldharbour lane isn't in the most affluent of areas, should you be wishing to call into a pawn shop on the way into there are about 5 in the vicinity and also a fair few betting shops. There is also a large Jobcentre next door.
This store did take part in the 10 mile walk for London children a few years back and it's where I decided to change my socks on the walk.

I wasn't expecting much from one of the lowest rated Nando's in the country, and I therefore wasn't disappointed, by a spectacularly average dining experience.

Luckily the staff weren't as bad as some of the review suggest, though I certainly didn't pick up any particular warmth or enthusiasm from those I came into contact with. Everything arrived in a decent time though, and the decoration was as expected for a Nando's in the suburbs.

So i walked in, no one to greet me i went to the loo. Came back, still no one to seat me so i found my own table. About five members of staff walked past me and went outside, some sort of drill? Five people queuing to order and only one til? Staff walk past until someone finally opens an extra til.

Camberwell was the 8th UK location to be graced with a Nando's restaurant.
Our Saturday afternoon trip here started out fine, and we were seated outside on a lovely sunny day.
We ordered, and all was fine until a bumbling waiter or waitress gave most of our food to another table (who cunningly ate most of it before complaining it was the wrong food - tip there!)
