Camberwell - Anonymous Review
We ordered a takeaway for a Monday birthday dinner and the Deliveroo driver went missing with our food. Deliveroo customer service whilst incredibly polite, proved to be pretty unhelpful in making sure we were able to provide dinner for our children included in the birthday meal. They were not able to resend the order to Nando’s and by way of compensation tried to give a standard promotional offer that had already been received via email earlier that day. On the flip side of that when we spoke to the manager at Nandos, Hannah, she was unbelievably helpful, polite and friendly! Making sure our food was ready for collection in record time, she was very apologetic, even though it was not her fault and gave us some desert out of good will.
Her kindness really salvaged the evening and we are very great full, thank you for being so great at your job and making us feel valued!
