I want to register a complaint about my treatment on Friday 1st April at your Nando’s Cardiff Bay branch. I have a medical condition which requires me to use the disabled toilet. On seeing the toilet roll dispenser to be empty I politely asked a member of staff to refill it before I could use the toilet. She looked me up and down and asked why I needed the disabled toilet as I didn’t look disabled. My disability is not visible and it was rude and insensitive to ask. She compounded my discomfort by placing only a few sheets in the dispenser and did so begrudgingly and with obvious attitude.I should not have to explain a deeply personal medical condition nor be treated as a nuisance. Not all disabilities are obvious and I suggest you offer training to your staff so this does not happen again.
