I had a problem with my Deliveroo order twice and had to go into the restaurant to sort out in the end. Although it wasn't nandos fault, clearly the stupid Deliveroo guy that can't deliver food to a correct address twice, the staff at nandos Chelmsford went above and beyond. The manager Laura is a top lady, her customer service, just even her friendly approach is rare these days. Thank you to the staff behind the take away counter too, appreciate the quick turnaround. These guys definately give nandos as a company credit for sure
