Kyle helped us out a lot! Lovely guy and very willing to help. I had an 8 month old baby and needed a couple things. Plus one of my dishes was cold and I needed it sent back and he was great about. Despite my food not being great this time, Kyle made the experience much better.

We visited Nando’s to celebrate my daughters 13th Birthday at her request and were welcomed by Izzy who made us feel very welcome. She also noticed we had a cake hidden in a bag and offered her assistance with anything we needed to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The entire team at this Nando’s were helpful and friendly and made it the best experience we’ve had at a Nando’s. Thank you again for making my daughters birthday one to remember.

Isabella was very welcoming, in particular to the children in our group which was really lovely. She was very charming and helpful, very impressed with her customer service.

I had a problem with my Deliveroo order twice and had to go into the restaurant to sort out in the end. Although it wasn't nandos fault, clearly the stupid Deliveroo guy that can't deliver food to a correct address twice, the staff at nandos Chelmsford went above and beyond. The manager Laura is a top lady, her customer service, just even her friendly approach is rare these days. Thank you to the staff behind the take away counter too, appreciate the quick turnaround.

We was served by the lovely kira! She was so attentive and very helpful and made us feel so welcome, her presence was warming.

In October a group of us had had a bad experience at a newly opened Nandos that hadn't been prepared for the demand and we're given a voucher to spend on another meal as a goodwill gesture. However we didn't realise the joint voucher had expired when we booked to go to Chelmsford Nandos on saturday. On arrival we spoke to the manager who said he couldn't honour the voucher but would try to help us out ,we just need to call him when we order.

I had corn and whole chicken the corn is always amazing and the sauces make the chicken i could eat it every day .

exceptionally busy, but staff were polite and ensured that we were their priority that we would be seated asap. We noticed how clean it was kept(including toilet facilities) considering how busy it was. A slightly longer wait for food than normal, but that was not a problem for us. It arrived hot and scrumptious so it was ideal. We were offered more drinks and chips/garlic bread if required by attentive staff.

A lovely evening so we chose to dine al fresco under the patio heaters. Lots of new faces this evening, but still good service, polite and fast. We like Chelmsford for the ease of parking and friendly staff. Always find manager paulius welcoming although we I'd not see him this evening. A personal greeting, no matter how busy always makes us feel valued. Excellent as usual Chelmsford.

been here loads of times before and its convinient if you just been shopping and are feeling peckish and parking is good aswell

This Nando's is located in Chelmsford town centre in the old Grays Brewery Yard, which is within the main shopping area. There's plenty of well sign-posted parking and I ended parking at the Meadows Short Stay (Surface) parking, which also has a multi-storey on it. These car parks charge a day rate between 7:30am-8pm of £1/1hr, £1.80/2hr, £2.60/3hrs - but if you're arriving after 8pm, a flat overnight rate of £2.50. They are just a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars etc.

Food today was exceptional. Great team working hard as ever under the watchful eye of Paulius. Really enjoyed ourselves today, with a warm welcome from the boss and the team. love it here!

So I have been living in Witham (some 15 miles away) for a good few years now and having been to pretty much every Nando's in and around Essex this happened to be my very first visit.

This Nandos has amazing service, just visit their facebook page (Nandos Chelmsford) and you will see just how much they go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their customers are happy, with such offers as Student Mondays, Cinema Tuesdays and 'Burn the Bill' Thursdays, which consists of the staff offering random customers their meal on the house.

Chelmsford Nando's was the perfect location for the team's Thursday evening fix having just landed at Stansted airport. We were both aware of the exceptional reviews for this branch and were not to be let down. It had of course been nearly 2 months since our last visit together which meant there was slightly more pressure to please on this occasion.

So happy to find out that there is a nice shiny Nandos in my new town, its beautifully decorated, and the staff are the best ive ever experienced in a Nandos, and ive done a few. I will be a weekly visitor...
