Very rude staff. When I asked the server to give me a takeaway box she simply told me to do to the delivery area and get it myself. When I complained to the shift manager about her attitude she simply stated they had stacked the boxes near the sauces and plates so customers can help themselves. I told her that the server did not mention this and asked me to go take it from the main entrance area where they handle deliveries. As I turned around I saw that server standing right behind me trying to listen to what I was complaining about. When I was walking away I heard one of them say it out loud ‘it’s self service!’ At this point I just walked out as I didn’t want to spoil my mood. The food is prepared at good speed but the servers let it sit on the counter and donot serve it on time. My corn on the cob was very cold by the time it was served and I had to send it back. Neither the manager nor that server apologised for their behaviour. The staff has changed as I’ve been coming here since a few years. After this incident I will not be going to this branch again. Nandos should train their staff in customer service. One of the waiters ( when I complained to him about his colleague) simply stated that they were all very tired from Saturday nights shift.
