I don’t usually leave reviews but feel a duty to write one when I get exceptional service. This was the case when I visited Purley Nando’s with my wife for our one year anniversary.

The service we received from Bruno was absolutely exceptional. Bruno came to our table while we were eating, asked us how the food was and even though we said we were good he took initiative and let us know the food had been there for a while so he would warm it up.

I had chicken thighs which was cooked to perfection. Staff was really friendly and attentive, been to this Nando’s twice and by far the best Nando’s I’ve attended and I’ve been to quite a few. Excellent all round!

We had chicken livers and was amazing. We really enjoyed the lunch and Bruno who took our order and checked back on us after getting the food was really friendly and funny. Thanks Nandos

Idris my server was quick to get me seated at my ideal table, friendly & got me seen to quickly when I came to ordering. The food was delicious (Fino pitta w/ chips & rice) lovely & hot & plenty of it just what I needed after a busy morning and no breakfast. Will definitely be coming back soon

Very rude staff. When I asked the server to give me a takeaway box she simply told me to do to the delivery area and get it myself. When I complained to the shift manager about her attitude she simply stated they had stacked the boxes near the sauces and plates so customers can help themselves. I told her that the server did not mention this and asked me to go take it from the main entrance area where they handle deliveries.

Every time I come to Croydon Colonnades I love the service! Kevin is especially helpful, always greeting us and other customers with open arms, an asset to the company!

On this occasion, Kaylen was really helpful, no task was too much for her and she has adapted well to the new Nando’s system. Again an asset to the company.

I attended for my birthday the staff were absolutely fantastic fast polite happy my food came it was perfect and delicious I had 10 guests they all left happy I am so grateful for the way we were treated the service really was a cut above the rest tonight 5 star rating from me the best nando's I have ever visited I stopped going to valley park due to poor service so it's nice to have this new restaurant in this location.

The food was alright although it took more than 20 minutes to get ready, but it is understandable as the restaurant was busy.The staff members seemed quite disorganised and the communication between them was bad.Yhe restaurant has a lot to improve.However me and my wife enjoyed how your staff member Alfreda approached us smiling and ready to assist us by preparing the corn herself as the corn was burnt twice by the people in the kitchen and she also made sure we were good.

The worst Nandos in the UK without any question. Rude staff, food cold and undercooked, corn burnt, portions miniscule. No sign of any visible manager. Duty supervisor (Sara) rude and unprofessional. Staff in kitchen were fighting with each other, kitchen floor filthy, food arrived stone cold and servers were even ruder. Truly a branch that needs an unannounced visit from a regional manager.

Waited 25 mins at the till as only one person serving and she really wasn’t sure what she was doing. Finally got to the front of the queue and the lady walked away with one of the cooks. After 30 mins I get to order only to be told they had no chicken breast. Gave up and walked out.
