4.5 (Great - Very tender, piping hot, not at all burnt, dripping in sauce)

4 (Very clean, newly furnished, impressive artwork and lighting)

My friend and I attended Darlington Nandos today with our children and we must of waited 50 minutes for our food, to be told that they had only one butterfly chicken and they were waiting on another which would be another 15 mins at least. We were given 1 free starter to share as my little one was screaming as she was beyond hungry at this point. Although the food was lovely and the free starter was a nice gesture it would have been nice to have been informed earlier than 50 minutes.
I really believe that Darlington Nandos need more staff members to help out as it appeared the manager was the dogs body running around.
