Parking: 
There is a brand new multi-storey (follow the signs for Feethams MSCP) priced Mon-Sat 8am-6pm £1/hr, Sun 8am-6pm £1 all day and then it is free 6pm-8am every day.

Ordered wings roulette online to collect from the store. Upon reaching home and looking forwards to the meal. The wings were super burnt and not fit to be served to any human being. Here is the quality control? Disgusting service! Order at your own risk!

1/4 chicken with peri chips and garlic bread. Chicken was undercooked, chips was cold and dry. Burnt garlic on outside and dump inside. Staff are rude and racist too.

Amazing nandos! All staff were amazing! It was clearly stressful as everyone all came in at once! However they coped really well! I didn't mind at all that we had to wait 20 minutes it was late and the manager (Jenny) explained it was cook to order to avoid any waste (amazing)! I will definitely be back!

It took a wile to get our food but was well worth the wait. When asked about our order the staff was fantastic, and the manger was very porvesional. It was great that he gave myself a complenrealy burger for our our next visit to Nando's. Also Becky the young lady who served us at the till was extremely professional, and had fantastic customer service skills.

I had the veggie burger with a simple salad and my girlfriend had the butterfly chicken with chips. The burger was tasty but it was quickly put together, and the simple salad looked like it had just been dumped in the bowl. My girlfriends chicken was chewy and overdone. I could understand a drop in standard if the restaurant was busy but there were only a few tables occupied.

This new store is part of the new complex around the Vue cinema complex incorporating a Premier inn, Chinese buffet, Bella Italia, Prezzo, Hungry Horse Pub and a Subway. We drove around for a bit trying to find free parking a lot of the locals seem to ditch their cars on waste ground, pavements and other strange locations. The area opposite is hoarding boarded off offering it self off as a potential development site.

My friend and I attended Darlington Nandos today with our children and we must of waited 50 minutes for our food, to be told that they had only one butterfly chicken and they were waiting on another which would be another 15 mins at least. We were given 1 free starter to share as my little one was screaming as she was beyond hungry at this point. Although the food was lovely and the free starter was a nice gesture it would have been nice to have been informed earlier than 50 minutes.

Stopped into this Nando's on my way up to Edinburgh - and it broke the journey up nicely! This Nando's is found within the new Feethams redevelopment right in the town centre. It is just a five minute walk from Darlington train station, with Darlington Odeon being just under a mile walk away (northwards - just on the outskirts of the town centre).

Service was excellent, food cooked beautifully, decor including toilets very well designed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. My eldest son was in hospital so we were taking him a takeaway, they delivered it to. our table just before we left. Our best Nando's experience yet!
