Just some comments:
My food was 50 + minutes delayed and the manager was NOT very cooperative and insisted that although I showed receipts, I hadn’t ordered my food. He then allowed me to get the chicken that I had ordered but refused to give me the sides I had purchased for €4.
I don’t get why the manager didn’t accept my payment, I showed receipts and my order confirmation. I would like to add my friends meal came about 35 ish minutes into our meal and he ordered 10 minutes after me.
The food was good, I had a limited budget so I ordered small but still not bad.
What I don’t understand is the lack of cooperation from the manager, the other staff were very friendly and asked him many times where my food was and even provided us with complimentary drinks for the delay.
