Awful - staff were terrible, ran out of chicken, orders were incorrect and replacements took an age. Can’t stress enough how awful majority of staff are. No common sense.

Just some comments:

My food was 50 + minutes delayed and the manager was NOT very cooperative and insisted that although I showed receipts, I hadn’t ordered my food. He then allowed me to get the chicken that I had ordered but refused to give me the sides I had purchased for €4.

This central Dublin store close to the famous pedestrianised Grafton street, College green, Trinity college and the tourist area of Temple Bar. The store is smart looking from the exterior and goes up through 3 floors of this historic building which has kept many of its historic features like fireplaces and spreads over its neighbours on the second floor. Bit of an effort walking up to the toilets on the third floor but they were spacious and clean. Definitely a flagship store for Dublin.

A second Dublin Nando's in two days at the previously joint top rated Nando's in the entire world proved to be a wonderful affair. SVC and I were shown upstairs by a lively Dublin Nandoca and seated on the spacious middle floor (that's right, this Nando's is spread over three floors). Along the back of this section is a comfortable, black leather bench which was useful for taking a moment to digest alongside each other before the meat sweats kicked in.

St Andrews Street - This newly opened branch is situated off Grafton Street (also accessible off Dame Street). The building itself is Georgian and many of the original features have been maintained, the décor is very nice and welcoming. The layout is over two floors and the layout with its nooks and crannies offers a very relaxed, intimate dinning experience along with area for larger groups. Although many of the staff are new to Nandos the service was excellent.
