


Had a great experience at Nando’s in Ely, thanks to a staff member called Phillipa (I hope I’ve spelt her name right). We placed an online order for a whole chicken and she called to let us know they had run out. This was at 9:30pm, we would have struggled to find other food at this time and we were hungry. Before I could even say anything, Phillipa had apologised for the inconvenience and offered alternatives to my order. I was really impressed with the way she communicated and she tried really hard to accommodate us. Her calm and friendly tone quickly eased my frustration, she was so nice! Her customer service was simply impeccable. This has happened to us before, but Phillipa was a stand out. I am so grateful she tried to find a solution, and I will definitely be back and recommending Ely Nando’s specifically because of her. She is a true asset to your team. Me, my sister and my dog are super happy, thank you Phillipa!
