Had a great experience at Nando’s in Ely, thanks to a staff member called Phillipa (I hope I’ve spelt her name right). We placed an online order for a whole chicken and she called to let us know they had run out. This was at 9:30pm, we would have struggled to find other food at this time and we were hungry. Before I could even say anything, Phillipa had apologised for the inconvenience and offered alternatives to my order.
