While I wasn't there in person the team at Waterloo Street couldn't have been more helpful. My order was delivered to a block of flats that isn't even on my street instead of my address (a house). Deliveroo refused to refund. I called up Nando's and explained what happened, Scott was very helpful throughout and even threw small bottles of sauce with my duplicate order for the hassle. His manager Meghan was able to call the team up herself and sort the problem internally.

Really disappointed in the lack of service and communication, usually love nandos and come all time but not anymore wont be back ! 30 mins wait for food when customers came in 10 mins after us received there nandos first !!!!

I had a butterfly chicken breast which was very dry with hardly any sauce, my girlfriend had chicken wings which were also very dry. We ordered a sweet corn with a medium spice which didn’t come with any spice, large peri chips and regular peri chips which didn’t contain any peri salt. Chips were soggy and felt like they were in the fries dump for a while. No cutlery as we were taking away. Disappointing as we are both regular Nandos customers.

Visited this Nando's late afternoon. It's located in Glasgow City Centre, right by Glasgow Central train station. It means parking is at a premium, but still some okay prices to be had, such as at Q-Park Jamaica Street (£1.90/hr) and Cadogan Square (£2.60/hr).
