Only my second ever visit to a Nando’s (don’t judge me), and although the food was good, the service was not so.
Refused to take order manually, said we needed to use the app. App didn’t work, then told it was because we needed to log onto their Wi-Fi as it didn’t work off 4G. Pretty ridiculous really. After 20 minutes finally got the order done.
No salt on the table, none on counter either. Asked member of staff for some. Nothing arrived. Had to ask another member of staff and then that took about 5 minutes. Result, like warm food.
Really not impressed.
