Friendly staff made us feel comfortable, J.J served us and explained how my friend could register her blue light card to her app, to make it easier for future visits, he got us some tap water and was attentive to ensure a great lunchtime dining experience. The food cam out really quickly and was fresh and tasty, we really enjoyed our visit!

We were sat by Bobbi, she was amazing and had excellent customer service skills. Other staff were very friendly and quick service. Checked on again by Bobbi so I would love to leave her a glowing review as I will be returning because of her. Thank you!

Only my second ever visit to a Nando’s (don’t judge me), and although the food was good, the service was not so.
Refused to take order manually, said we needed to use the app. App didn’t work, then told it was because we needed to log onto their Wi-Fi as it didn’t work off 4G. Pretty ridiculous really. After 20 minutes finally got the order done.

Chicken/garlic bread_Brockley. No service, told order on phone. Ask for drink prior to ordering we were told it would come with food, phone service did not work I had to stand by bar and order
I Ask for more drinks half way through meal, I was told to go and wait I the to order and pay for the drinks. Found the restaurant boring with no atmosphere, staff were not interested in helping customers in any way whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Started working away and therefore staying in a premier inn. Ive been visiting the Nandos in Gloucester Quays for the past two weeks. All the staff have been great, especially JJ who’s even knows my order now! The place is always spotless, with very friendly staff all round. Food is always cooked perfectly and doesn’t take long at all! Can’t wait to keep coming, found a new love for nandos!

We had to wait 20 minutes or so only because they were cooking fresh chicken for us which was fine by us, constantly kept up to date on our order by jay jay who was absolutely outstanding, his service couldn’t have been any better, he deserves some recognition, will definitely be visiting again

My chicken was cooked to perfection and when querying a side of Hummus and pitta it was immediately got for me which I was very impressed with how quick they all were. All the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, giving me a fantastic customer experience they should really be proud of.

Ben who I believe was the manager was exceptionally good great friendly service and efficient at the till. Also a waitress who was on her first day was great as well made a great evening for us both.

Gloucester Nando's is by a Cineworld cinema and surrounded by other restaurants with a whole range of shopping possibilities available in Gloucester Quays. Parking was £2 for up to 2 hours and boy were we glad that it was a bit of a walk to the car after this Nando's feast!

I love the new Nandos at Gloucester Quays. After frequenting Nandos around the UK (Newcastle, Metrocentre, Leeds, Bath) to have one in walking distance was a dream come true. Enlarging the restaurant has also made it a beautiful and relaxing space to dine.

The staff there are brilliant and always super friendly. I have not had to wait very long for food and it is always cooked to perfection. I love their drinks selection as have a good range and some great wine to try.

Whilst in the area decided to visit this Nandos which was harder to find than I expected, using my satnav I firstly ended up next to a cinema, then over the new bridge and by sainsburys before ending up in the multi-storey car park above the Gloucester Quays designer outlet.

Dropped into Gloucester Nando's on a Friday night on my way back from Wales - at about 7:00pm. I was in a group of three and we were seated straight away. Didn't seem as though the branch had been open for very long - it was very quiet with lots of empty tables, but was also very clean.

Part of Gloucester Quays. Parking is either in Gloucester Quays itself (expensive and only open until 8) or at the Gloucester docks which also isn't free. The food was good but nothing special. We ending up waiting a while for food. Our friends had nearly finished their meal by the time we got ours and we had only ordered a few minutes apart. Lacked atmosphere compared to other Nandos we have been to. They had no music playing in the background.

It's brand new so squeaky clean, and in a really nice new development of Gloucester in 'The Quays'. There's a Cafe Nero by it that's open til 8pm and a Cineworld five mins walk away in the Peel Centre.
I've been four times since it opened at the end of December and it's always been really quiet so no Queues.
Parking is free by the docks in the evenings. £2 for 2 hours during the day. Similar price in the Quays multi storey car park.
