Gloucester - James John Lewis Review

My chicken was cooked to perfection and when querying a side of Hummus and pitta it was immediately got for me which I was very impressed with how quick they all were. All the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, giving me a fantastic customer experience they should really be proud of. One member of staff by the name of Will I believe really amazed everyone with the level of service he provided, after asking about the vusa perinaise and whether permanent or limited, as all of us found it was a huge improvement upon the already delicious original perinaise, he gave us lots of great information, suggestions and even gave us some to take home. This gave me great satisfaction, completely shot my expectations of customer service in general and made a bad day turned good significantly better. The entire team there were excellent and they all deserve commendation but Will went really above and beyond for us which deserves extra credit.
