Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
Going anywhere on a Saturday night is going to be busy and this store is nothing different. Based in the Hatfield Galleria which is over the A1(M) a bit like a large services and the atmosphere was very much of a services store but with a much longer wait. Parking is a nightmare as whilst all the food stores and cinema stay open in the evening the multistory car park that services the centre shuts at 6 meaning a long long walk across from a outdoor ground level over flow car park ages away. Perhaps the managers of the stores should lobby the centre to rethink this madness. The waiting area was also quite badly planned with people waiting for takeaway sporadically placed on seats around a varied area along with people waiting for tables.
The Queue for the till was much worse with no organisation and people stood all around and barging or queue jumping please invest in a rope or floor markings?
The toilets were very dirty and not a pleasant place to be.
Staff were friendly enough and the food was ok when it came out eventually
