Wanted to eat at this branch of Nandos' this evening with my husband. When we arrived at 5.35pm the restaurant was virtually empty but we were told we couldn't have a table for 45 minutes because they had a 'booking' for 55 people. Nando's company policy is not to take bookings so not sure why it was ok on this occasion. Diabolical customer service so we are elsewhere instead.
