Kilburn - Pompey Ranger Review

Not a store I enjoyed. Whilst well served by public transport it's not in the nicest area though the store looks impressive from outside it's quite standard on the inside.
Sat next to Elliot who had over a 3/4 of an hour wait (felt bad but we had finished our food before he got his and had left before he had finished) what was worse when he eventually got someone to come over to ask about the delay and they went and got the wrong order, they tried to blame him for their mess up and total lack of service by saying he must of messed up his order, you have kept someone waiting 45 minutes, don't then try and blame them when you get it wrong!!!
My food was charred on the chicken, small portion of peri chips, they crammed my Haloumi and spicy rice in their little bowls onto the plate to get away with giving me a toddlers size portion of chips, when I took the 2 bowls off my plate it looked so pitiful, even more painful from the fact I had wanted to have my cheese more as a starter. Lots of shoddy stuff as dealt with by others. When I asked Marc why we had come to this store as it really was struggling he said it was because they had a very low rating (NO surprise whatsoever that it was rated as bad) and he thought by us all coming we could bump it up. If you can't perform when you know you have a group of Nandos fanatics coming in and have time to prep, i doubt you can ever perform any time. Whilst I had excellent company I wouldn't come back here.
