I've had lots of nando's around london and the food here is always undercooked regardless of who cooks it. I've cottoned on to the fact you can get your basic nando chicken and either ask them to burn it (its a regularly seen ask when ordering) to ensure it is cooked or ask them to "cook" it then rush it home to finish the job. The rice is musty, the mash is cold and the desserts are stale. it is a shame because there are not many nice or normal places to dine at in kilburn so they always have business on that basis. The chicken is always raw on the inside. I like nando's so i cook it at home but its tedious and an insult for the price.
