I have always hated this branch and they never fail to disappoint.
Half an hour plus wait for a warm quarter chicken and mash when there's no one in the restaurant? Gimme a break and your customer service is so lacking unless it was invisible? No where to charge a phone and the toilets are disgusting too. Exposed straws which is unhygienic and a dark passage to the toilets which is dangerous. Needs a total re do, and the staff.
It was 4pm when I got there, left after 5 for what should have been a half an hour in and out job. There were folded up pieces of card on the floor which is probably from propping up all the wonky tables. They didn't even have the Nando's toilet paper with the flowers on, it was probably from the pound store next door..
