This was my first visit to this Nando's and also my first Rate Your Nando's dinner, so really it was excitement all round!
#RYN5 was great. Lovely people, nice venue, great food AND I got to meet the Peri-Peri chicken.
The food was constantly coming out, with fresh wings, pitta and dips to start. I was so busy playing wing roulette that I forgot there was a main course to come. There were whole chickens, burgers, pittas, wraps, fries AND halloumi. I couldn't really choose, so I just had a bit of everything. It was all seriously tasty.
Then they brought out the giant birthday cake.
Chicken AND cake. I really don't think it could have gotten any better! My only criticism is the lack of macho peas, and I managed to fill that void with copious amounts of halloumi.
I originally put some 4s in the rankings, but now I've written it I really can't give it anything anything less than a 5!
