This store is a bit out the way from the city centre, but as I had travelled to Leeds without my car I discovered it is on several main bus routes. The complex contains a cinema, a Hollywood bowl, the new Control night club, a gym and several other food places for which there is a multitude of Parking spaces.
The store didn't look that special from outside as I walked across the car park but the large windows and high height make it feel very open and airy inside. There is mixed level flooring inside which enables you to sit up high. There is also a very nice windowed area at the back of the store that I didn't spot till I was about to leave but it looks out on the grassland and bushes that surround the water way at the back of the store and would be where I would head if ever in the area again. The toilets were also spacious and well presented with stone facing on the walls and well laid out and clean.
The staff are the real bonus in this store being all very friendly throughout and attentive. From the guy who showed me to my table explaining how Nandos works to the till operator chatting about my Scottish Nandos card to the manageress walking around the store to all the other friendly smiling staff. I was please that not only did they check on my food but also came to offer dessert and coffee at the end.
The food was also of a good standard and good quality as I'd expect in a Nandos with my Garlic bread soft on the inside and crisp on the outside with plenty of flavour and the chips plentiful and well cooked.
I would very happily return to this store.
