Ordered two butterfly chickens with 2 sides each all cooked perfect. Was served by a lovely lady called Tilly, she went out of her way to make sure everything was right let me choose my seat, and was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return to this branch mainly due to the kindness of the staff. Thank you again

Arrived at 9.40 pm after cinema to be welcomed by a lovely guy called Michael on the desk. Was down to table 20 by a very polite young man who explained the Nando’s system. The atmosphere was warm & friendly, food was great, will certainly come again Thank you

We had to wait for our table (which is totally fine, busy place!) But we were observing the staff and they were honestly all absolutely on it. Such amazing service, fast, organised, keeping everywhere really clean and tidy, all whilst giving exceptional friendly service. Such a great team you have there! Our food didn't take long when we were seated and was delicious as always. Thank you to Nandos kirkstall! You're all awesome

Frozen peas and very rude staff. I received frozen peas then told to eat the rest of my food and eat my peas later. Then squished all the peas on my plate laughed and walked away. I approached the bar obviously not happy the way I’ve been treat and told to sit back down till off the manager lee has time to sort it out. Both terrible costumer service and very rude. Still didn’t want to solve the situation.

I use this Nando's as it's halal and the only one in Leeds. I cannot fault the staff it was very busy at the time I and my family visited they got the customers through as quickly as possible. The problem I had the quality of our food the chicken was on the skinny side compared to the halal chicken I purchase at any of my local butchers.

Relatively easy to get to from Leeds town centre, you can either take a number of buses, 33a, 757 to Burley Park, or a single stop on the train for £2.90, four minute journey. Then it was a ten minute or so journey by walk. But you could drive, it's in a leisure park with Hollywood bowls which we tried afterwards and other restaurants if it's too busy to wait.

This store is a bit out the way from the city centre, but as I had travelled to Leeds without my car I discovered it is on several main bus routes. The complex contains a cinema, a Hollywood bowl, the new Control night club, a gym and several other food places for which there is a multitude of Parking spaces.

Torrential downfall of rain, but the indie girl serving made up for it by breaking with convention.... My usual trick is the "melted cheese option", in which they test health and safety... she said she couldn't give melted but the Grilled Halloumi Cheese would be a wonderful match with the Garlic Bread...

This Nando's in on the Cardigan Fields retail park, which is a few miles north-west of Leeds City Centre. The retail park has a Hollywood Bowl, a Vue, a Virgin Active and a whole host of other eateries (such as Frankie and Benny's and Pizza Hut). It's easily found in the car and there are hundreds (if not thousands) of free parking spaces on the park - but at this time of night, it did involve driving round a few times to find a free space.
