I visited with my family - we're all Nando's addicts, and we felt slightly let down on our most recent visit, but it all turned out surprisingly in the end.
Upon my arrival, we walked in and were soon hustled outside (ostensibly due to fire regulations? I suppose peri-peri sauce is quite combustible) which irritated us slightly but we decided to visit anyway. After a few minutes we were shown to a table by a surprisingly agreeable staff member; one would have expected them to be really quite rushed off their feet but they took their time to ensure we were happy. We soon went to get our food; I wanted some butterfly chicken, alas there was none left on account of how busy it was. I ordered a wrap in place of it. I then went to the wonderfully clean and sparkly toilets - unfaultable - and then returned to my table. The food still had not arrived, so I took advantage of the free wifi in the shopping centre. It arrived about ten minutes later, and although it wasn't my first choice I enjoyed the wrap a great deal. I was quite full so opted not to have a pudding. Overall, a much nicer visit than I expected.

(Protip: Take the train to Leeds, it's a nightmare parking)
