I had a problem with my meal, Jamie was more than helpful and understanding. He didn’t hesitate in getting me a fresh meal and was so kind and polite.

We didn’t actually eat due to the position of the table offered We asked not to be so close to other customers due to a disability we were refused even though over half of restaurant empty We are very good customers of Nando’s but chose somewhere else today and won’t go back to any in future. Really disappointed. Staff member really rude!

Male member if staff serving was really rude

This was my first visit at the Trinity store, just wanted to leave a review to commend the lovely staff. The food was okay, I just ordered some sides (I'm pregnant so very fussy at the moment, was really craving peri chips and lemon herb sauce haha) and it did take a while to come but the the woman that served me on the till at about 12.30 really went above and beyond. Not sure of her name but she's black and had her hair in two plaits tied back.

I am writing to complain as today I was at nandos and I ordered regular chips and they gave me peri peri also one of the machines wasn't work to drink from I just think it's poor customer service and I hope to god it doesn't happen again. Thank you.

Nando's Blues were setting in, so the invite of dinner out in a Leeds based Nando's couldn't have come at a better time. Trinity was chosen thanks to its proximity to the station, as both being railway workers, we couldn't stray far from the station.

A trip to Leeds, and the first Nando's had to be this one. A new one for Gerre, and a re-visit for me.

Entered the outlet and was immediately shown to a table by the Nandoca. We were given the choice of where to sit, so I requested at the rear of the outlet as I had sat in the front half last time I visited.

Butterfly chicken with two sides. extra cheeky. Sauces topped it off. Wonderful.

Amazing service, really friendly waiters a specially someone under the name of Jamie!! Super helpful, would definitely go back again !!! I RECOMMEND GOING !!

I visited with my family - we're all Nando's addicts, and we felt slightly let down on our most recent visit, but it all turned out surprisingly in the end.

I managed to talk my friend into driving us to Leeds for the day, my main reason was to visit a Nando's there, we spent most of the day wandering around doing nothing, checked out a few of the branches before eventually decided on Leeds Trinity, because it was newish and was in the list of best Nando's.

This Nando's is located in the newly opened Trinity Centre, meaning it is in the city centre. Leeds train station is only a few minutes walk away. Parking varies wildly between car parks, so make sure you check before you go. For example, there are amber AA road signs from about a mile out advertising "Trinity Centre Parking" and if you follow these you'll end up at two car parks: Boar Lane NCP and Criterion Place Q-Park. They are very handily located but expensive.
