Leeds - White Rose - Pompey Ranger Review
The White Rose shopping centre is to the south of Leeds and relates to the White rose emblem of Yorkshire and is a smart large modern shopping centre. There is a plethora of free parking all around the centre with a multitude of entrances into the place, just remember which door you went in through. The store is on the upper level in the food court area though it has its own separate seating.
Whilst I can't normally stand shopping centre Nandos this one bucks the trend in a delightful way. Whilst there is some seating and tables outside the store along the shopping centre fortunately i didn't have to sit there. Inside the enclosed area there was lines of tables with soft chairs down the middle and there was booths on the far side with enclosing walls which divide up the tables. There were round architectural features on the ceiling with lights.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and had filled lots of balloons which were around the store which brightened up the store dramatically so making it a welcoming environment. The key thing was that the store has its own toilets so there is no need to venture out into the shopping mall to find one. This is a certain bonus on many shopping centre nandos.
The food was an acceptable time and came out very tasty and cooked spot on, very succulent and juicy and skin delightfully done.
Chips were plentiful and covered in peri peri salt.
A good store to visit.
