Very good customer service from Eduardo and Bradley . Very friendly and welcoming. They are a credit to the store . They work in the white rose Nando’s in leeds and would like them to be recognised for there customer service

Abigail was amazing by far the best customer service me and my partner have ever received at a Nando’s but the rest of the staff working this shift were very accommodating even though we came a little later and I had a fussy order!

Order was wrong, the member of waiting staff Oumar was un phased and took me to the till to rectify the issue with the biggest smile, I was tired and hungry and he just smiled though my grumpiness until I smiled back! Killed me with kindness. Great customer service from the young man.

I just wanted to say such a big thank you to the staff at Nando’s, I ate as a single parent with a toddler but had to order at the till as I was using a blue light card, the staff came to out table several times to ask if I needed a refill, any sauces etc, they were so friendly and helpful, I never realised how family friendly Nando’s would be, but I will definitely be back

From the min we sat down noticed how quick staff were to clean tables and seat customers. Staff checked back to make sure food was good. Simon was friendly, smiley and all over it. Chloe was fantastic speaking to my daughter as she had chosen sauce too hot and was very red, she offfered to get her some milk as she was very flush. My daughter was fine and chloe made her laugh. Great experience.

I decided to go to Nandos yesterday with a group of 6 friends at the White Rose and we booked a table in advance. It was very easy and hassal free. There is one main reason why i really enjoyed Nandos besides the amazing quality food. A staff member named John was extrememly helpful and polite to us all and he made sure everthing was in top condition for us. He was also very funny and we decided to leave a 5 pound tip at the counter due to his bright personality and kindness.

The White Rose shopping centre is to the south of Leeds and relates to the White rose emblem of Yorkshire and is a smart large modern shopping centre. There is a plethora of free parking all around the centre with a multitude of entrances into the place, just remember which door you went in through. The store is on the upper level in the food court area though it has its own separate seating.

The main reason for my review is to compliment the staff on my visit yesterday, I took my girlfriend as a treat for her birthday after buying her some gifts. Her birthday was actually on New Years Eve but I was poorly over Christmas and in to the new year. While getting served at the till the girl asked what I was doing today to which I told her the above, she was training a boy at the time but everything was spot on.

Came here for a meal for my sisters birthday and from start to finish the service was exemplary! Where to start, from the decorated table to the attended payment from where we sat, to the complementary desserts at the end!! Calumn in particular was excellent, putting us fresh chicken on in order for it to be the best possible taste[hence the slightly longer service time- totally worth it!]. He even provided us with a free nandos dish to put the cake in because my sister is such a big fan!

Very busy, but who cares! As long as the chicken turns up i dont mind waiting. I would wait all day for food of that quality. Once again the chicken gods have smiled on my small section of Yorkshire and have delivered me an absolute taste sensation. This was my first visit to White Rose full-stop, and I only came because I won the RYN meal platter prize. I did want to smash all of the food alone, without assistance, but I thought it was Mother's Day so I would do something wonderful with the birth bringer that I love.

This is located in the White Rose Shopping centre - about a mile off the motorway. Hundreds (if not thousands) of free parking spaces. Nice shopping centre too - with plenty of big name shops (M&S, Debenhams, Sainsbury's) and plenty of other eateries too.
