When we came in,we were told to order thru the app and we did,got charge. Then we waited for our food 25 minutes later,still no food. We made a follow up to the waiter only to be told,they don’t have our order. We checked and the charge from Nandos got cancelled without any notice. The manager spoke to us and just keeps on telling us they didn’t receive our order. Well,if they are quick to take the money out of the account,they should have received the order,right? She didn’t offer any alternatives or even asked to take our order manually and have it expedited in the kitchen. We were told to order in the app again and wait for another 20 minutes which we can’t cause we are attending a live event. We were sitting there waiting for our food that never arrived and missed the first part of our event. We find the experience really frustrating and unacceptable. Never coming back to Nando’s anymore.
