Incredible friendly staff and helpful from the moment we enter Nandos restaurant.
Specially Nadhira who looked after us the entire moment with warm smile throughout our stay...

Found the staff very rude complaining that people were coming in at 9pm but making it loud enough for customers to hear. A nandoca had made a mistake with a takeaway and Dan the manager said infront of everyone ‘come to the office’ found this very unprofessional as he should of just pulled him to the side quietly rather than embarrassing him like that infront of all his colleagues.

When we came in,we were told to order thru the app and we did,got charge. Then we waited for our food 25 minutes later,still no food. We made a follow up to the waiter only to be told,they don’t have our order. We checked and the charge from Nandos got cancelled without any notice. The manager spoke to us and just keeps on telling us they didn’t receive our order. Well,if they are quick to take the money out of the account,they should have received the order,right?

Today I had a late lunch at the Nandos in York as back home in Chesterfield it is one of if not my go to place to eat! However dare I say it the York branch may have put me off going for a while.

I thought that the staff were so lovely and kind...for food I had watermelon and feta salad which was delicious...and to drink I had a lovely raspberry and lime cider and mango frozen yogurt for dessert....personally I am not a big eater so I recommend this a lot for little eaters and big eaters thank you for your marvellous service I hope to see you again shortly.

I've been coming to Northampton Nando's for 9 years. This place was a very nice clean and friendly restaurant before but don't know what happened now everything has been changed. I took a video to prove how dirty it is. Staffs are really rude and didn't check the meal for last two times I've been here.
Cashiers were talking to each other laughing while 3 of us waiting on the queue last week.

I visit Nandos quite often and I'm never disappointed till now.We bought full chicken and quarter with 4sides and chicken livers.I found the chicken extremely dry (this was the chicken bought from Reward from red chillis Nandos reward).At the time I didn't feel we had a right to complain because this was a Reward but thinking about it ,tesco doesn't give you out of date food just because it's from a voucher.

Best service I've ever received in a reastraunt , kindly given by the girl named Taylor who was the cashier, every staff member was superb and was incredibly friendly, best nandos by far, I live in London and I go to many different nandos but this one was the best because of the service I received. Nandos altogether is just amazing. Down to the great food and Friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. You get to choose where you would like to sit and everythink you need isn't to far away. Speedy service which is always good. I'm always excited for my next visit.

I arrived At it was mega busy. While we were waiting I had a chat the ever friendly Emma .she managed to get a Table for 6 of us quite quick and got us menus and we ordered. The food Was great . And we had a great night the person who did the check back was very polite. Overall another fantastic experience

This Nando's is located on the The Loom leisure park which is also home to a Cineworld and other eateries such as Frankie & Benny's and The Real China buffet. The complex is anchored by a big Tesco as well. As there is no train station in Leigh, you'll need to get to this by car, but you can stay for free (up to four hours) in one of hundreds of spaces. Also, head for post code WN7 4PE if using sat nav.

In the bleak north winter among the shadow of derelict factories lies this bastion of warmth and life. Set in a complex close to Spinning Gate shopping centre it shares its massive 4 hours free car park with a Tescos extra and a Cineworld cinema. Whilst grey from the outside it is noticeable with its giant illuminated Barci on the exterior wall.

The nandos staff leigh are kind and funny they have a leigh with you while they work. The food is always great there the wings are amazing ever thing there is perfect you cant fault it the decorations inside are better than any other nandos two its also very clean comparded to the bolton one!

I love the leigh nando's everyone always treats me like im the only customer - its great all the staff are friendly and polite service is second to none - its why i eat at nandos so often!

Great service as usual from Emma. There was a short wait for the food but Emma came over to chat and asked how it was and asked me how is my new job going. She always seems genuinely interested in me as a customer. I love going to the Leigh branch :-)

i think you need an extra level of hotness because the extra hot is my standard maybe create an insanely hot flavour i would love it :) and student discount is also a good idea

The Chicken Livers were a little rare. They replaced my entire plate of food, and offered me a free meal on my next visit. Stefan showed a very high standard of customer service, and handled my situation in an extremely professional manner. Just another happy customer.
