Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
After shopping I decided to treat my children to some food. We looked at the Nando’s menu and decided to eat here. Upon our arrival I let the server know my son has a sesame and peanut allergy. She asked me not to order on the app but to go to the full area so I could speak to a manager who would help with our food. I spoke to the manager AJ who was absolutely brilliant. She took our order and left my son who has allergies until last. She then checked through the allergen lists as my son went for a plain chicken wrap and chips. AJ went on to tell me that his food would be a little longer as it would be cooked separately so no transfer would happen. We all received our food at the same time and it was delicious. I was a little nervous, but rest assured my son loved his food and ate it all. I just want to say a massive thank you to AJ and staff who served us as it was nice for my son to feel normal and not to be told no you can’t have this! My son wanted salted caramel brownie but it had traces of nuts, so he opted for the chocolate frozen yogurt. We were very pleased with our visit and the care AJ the manager took with us. We will definitely be back. I hope this feed back gets back to the manager and staff
