This Nando's is just 1.5 miles off the M57 so an easy stop in on the way home. It's also 1.5 mile walk from Fazakerley train station. There is free parking on Stonedale Leisure Park.

Arriving here late afternoon and saw the outside of the Nando's driving in. The gable end of the building has a huge full height window with the red Barci at the top - almost church like. A religious beacon for chicken. Inside there are enormous lightshades filling this space - and lots of light comes in. Most of the seating is actually beneath much lower ceilings though. Little bit of colour here and there but this large window steals the show.

There was only one other table in use so the food come very quickly in under five minutes and the staff were all very cheerful and chatty.

I went for the churrasco burger and chips. The thighs were plump and juicy and had lots of sauce and the chip portion was a good size and were all very hot and crispy.
