Luton - Galaxy Centre - Anonymous Review

I would like to say how great the team was especially the manager. Every time he went over and spoke to one of his staff they walked away with a smile on their face. I saw one other customer complain to a waitress and she went to get the manager. He immediately sorted out the complaint in a very professional manner and then made sure the waitress was OK, the customer had been polite and had not been upset by the issue but the check in with the waitress demonstrated how good a manager he was. The restaurant wasn’t full but they had about twice as many online orders coming through as they had people in the restaurant and the whole team worked hard to make sure everyone got a good service. I felt exhausted just watching them I’m sure most of the staff did as many steps in the hour or so we were there as I had done all day. The team at this restaurant are wonderful and when I am next in the area I will definitely be visiting again.
