Parking: 
There are a couple hundred free spaces directly outside the Chill Factore otherwise plenty next door at the Soccerdome or the Trafford Centre itself.

When we arrived a young lady named erin greeted us and walked us to the table, she was extremly helpful throughout our meal and couldnt do enough for us. I would definitly return just to see Erin!

Lovely meal, waiter called Erin severed us and was the most inviting person and sorted our table out whilst we were waiting. Food service was efficient lovely service.

I visit this Nando’s weekly. The staff are very friendly and try hard.
Erin was very helpful clearing up a few issues and listened to my feedback carefully and she stood out from the rest of the staff. There was also another lady but unfortunately I can’t member name.

Four people walked past as I entered and waited for a table.
Then they walked past again as I waited in the non existent queue to order my food.
Before I finished, the girl behind the counter interrupted me 3 times before I finished asking for the flavour of gelado they had.
There is no reception so I couldn't check in or post social media updates whilst I was there.

As this was my first ever Nando's I have nothing to compare against. However is the standard of food is nothing exceptional. In fast-food terms this my be high praise. One look at the menu tells a tale. Agreed Nando's = chicken but, come on , surely the menu can be enhanced by some other meats. I had the double burger, chips & peas & my other half had butterfly. Food duly arrived without too much delay. On the plates neither choice looked particularly appetizing.

Unfortunately no steak, (told after we'd ordered) BUT, fantastic customer service from the assistant manager meant we were very well looked after!

Never had a bad meal here, perfect after a couple of hours skiing!

This was my first time over at Nando's at the chill factore, the kids menu was a bit basic would be my only negative comment. The chicken was plain but dry which made it quite hard to chew, i'd suggest a plain smooth tomato base sauce to add some flavour and take away the dryness. The Adults menu gave nice options and was good value for the combo/sharing dishes. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The dining area was clean and same for the toilets. I'd visit again

Popped into the Chill Factore about 9:30pm and so needless to say this Nando's had quietened down a bit.
