I visit this Nando’s weekly. The staff are very friendly and try hard.
Erin was very helpful clearing up a few issues and listened to my feedback carefully and she stood out from the rest of the staff. There was also another lady but unfortunately I can’t member name.
The only gripe I have is the fact that after I’ve been skiing for two hours the last thing I want to do is wait 45 minutes for a table. Nando’s should be offering skiers The chance to pre-book the table on entry to the venue even if they left a deposit. Skier should get priority.
Also when we first went to visit Nando’s after buying a membership for a 100 each for the chil factor we were told we get 30% off that was what we was sold on the website this is not the case and it’s now been removed after I showed them on the system I was sold this by the chill factor.
Nobody has taken responsibility for this and I was upset as I go to that Nandi weekly. That was the only reason I took out the membership and I feel it was miss sold to me.
