Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

Absolutely horrible service from front staff. I was third in the queue with my husband, staff at entrance waved hand from far to first three in the queue to follow her, showed us the table to sit, no eye contact, no smile, no greetings at all. It was like help your self. Later on I went to the counter to place the order. I felt absolutely disgusting while I was placing it. Staff at counter was worse than a robot, tone of her voice was very cold, no smile, no please, no thanks, despite me saying please and thanks with every response, didn't repeat order either. Nandos seriously need to work on its staff customer service skills set. The staff member who brought the food was a little better in terms of how to interact with customers. There was another staff member in the area asking customer about food but again lacks the basic skills set. It feels like staff is ban to smile.
