Absolutely horrible service from front staff. I was third in the queue with my husband, staff at entrance waved hand from far to first three in the queue to follow her, showed us the table to sit, no eye contact, no smile, no greetings at all. It was like help your self. Later on I went to the counter to place the order. I felt absolutely disgusting while I was placing it.

James was our waiter, what a lovely lad. Even though it was busy, he worked really hard! Would definitely recommend Trafford centre Nando’s!

The staff were not the best they were not cooperative at all. They said they would listen to our request but absolutely dismissed it. There was a bone in our “boneless” wrap. I am not impressed. The management is very poor.

Dirty sticky utensils and fizzy drink machine the drinks where flat. Food came cold and staff where walking around clueless. Definitely needs a good clean the place even the table was sticky.

Nandos mistreated my 6 years old son with Autism. Very disturbing.

Ordered a double chicken wrap, chips and garlic bread. All of the staff were amazing especially Finley who was so funny and friendly, he kept checking if we needed anything, offered us drinks before we had to ask them when he seen the drinks were empty (due to Covid we couldn’t get the drinks ourself) top bloke really polite

Restaurant was filthy, watched a worker getting the chicken out of dirty drawers and putting it on the grill, he put too much on and took it back in the drawer after heating it for a few seconds, chicken looked old and was falling apart, the floor of the cooking area was dirty, we left quickly and went elsewhere.put time food arrived only because it's compulsory

Arrived at 258pm today for quiet birthday treat for my son jake. Staff were great only dissapointment was the regular rice which was part of meal . The rice was quite lumpy and over cooked . Our order number was 20 ! Kind regards tony Morrey.

Im shocked at the immaturity of the staff at Nandos.
My baby was in the high chair at the end of the table eating her food. I had got up to get a drink and two of the waiters ran past firing each other with the detergent.
They just missed my baby but got the empty pushchair. Im livid. I informed the manager who just apologised.
Ive never had such bad service in my life.
Absolutely appalled.

On every visit to the Trafford centre resteraunt I receive outstanding customer service from a young man called Matt McGill each time I visit and he is on shift he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is ok and this makes me and my family keen to return to this particular resteraunt. It would be great if Matt could get some recognition for his efforts as previously working in the same industry a few years back I know that a little praise goes a long way.

I came with my family to Nando's at foot court at Trafford Centre and we have been served with a very friendly staff called Scott.

Came and visited your Trafford centre store today, JB was absolutely amazing! As the sauce we wanted wasn't on the stand he found it for us and brought it over to our table, he also brought knives over to us and went out of his way to make sure we were happy, he was so friendly and absolutely made our night! We came out laughing and in such a good mood because of him! There definitely needs to be more staff like JB are nandos! He was such an amazing person!

Received 6 pieces of Haloumi cheese when I only ordered 2! Haloumi cheese is my favourite so it made my day. Once again a brilliant Nandos, I can't get enough of the place

Mid afternoon on a saturday saw my arrival at the Trafford Centre, a impressive shopping centre complete with cinema on the outskirts of Manchester with many statues, glazed roofs and impressive decorations. Unfortunetly the Nandos does not live up to the glory of the centre.

There is free parking which fills up fast so you may have to look hard for parking at weekends and when busy.

I visited Nando's on the August bank holiday so the entire Trafford Centre was packed. This has been my last visit to this particular Nando's. Every single time I have visited it has been a major disappointment!

My friend wanted to visit Manchester for the day so naturally I took advantage of that and planned which Nando’s to visit, I’d been outside this branch before but never eaten in it, It’s in the awesome Trafford Centre which is a really cool shopping centre with loads of shops and a cinema, a mini golf-course, a crèche and play area for children, a Laser Quest, Aerial Extreme, LEGOLAND Discovery centre and lots more to do.

what could've been a higher rating Nando's visit was sadly marred by one staff member being pretty ignorant, and he was the one who didn't deliver the chips I ordered and just plonked them down a few minutes later without a smile or a nod.
The same chap didn't help my pregnant friend and just pointed in the vague direction of chairs etc.

As the trafford centre branch is my hot spot for my nandos fix i am defiantly their number 1 customer. The staff are always happy to help and have impeccable manners and the standard of cleanliness is outstanding. Considering it is in a busy shopping centre it normally always has a sue outside, but the staff always seem to do their best to keep everyone happy and have always apologised for their wait.

In a shopping center and there staff are always telling you jokes especially if you have kids they will always try there best and you dont have to run around filling up your drinks they will do it for you and also if you have a disabled customer if you ask nicely they will reserve a table for you :D

Every time we visit we are treated like royalty. They call us the booth family because we always ask for a booth. We know some of the nandocas by first name now and never eat anywhere else. As our daughters always say " If it's not Nandos it's not chicken".

Visited at lunch time to find alot of tables empty but we had to wait 5 minutes for a table. When we ordered we were told the Postmix was out of order but we could bring our own drinks in if we wanted. The food was burnt and dry and took over half an hour to come to our table. The chips were cold. I will not be eating at this branch again.

Trafford centre nandos is by far my favourite store. The staff are lovely, very friendly and me and my friends are often recognised. The food is mostly always good. It is an extremely busy store so on the occasions when the food or speed isn't quite up to scratch it is totally understandable why, with staff always willing to rectify the problem. Today however, I decided to get a take away from the store.

As a colleague and I were around the Manchester area for a few days, this was the third of four new Nando's for us - and, it was a reasonable Nando's.

It is located within the Trafford Centre complex and so parking is free with thousands of spaces.

We arrived at approx 7:30pm and unfortunately had a short 5 minute wait.

Once we were seated, there was a 5 minute queue to order - but, even though it was reasonably busy, the food came in just over 10 minutes.

The quality of the food, was to the highest standard & so was the Cleanliness - but the table was a bit sticky, but that's it.
