Order#199 placed on the 13th April 2024 at 21h16 . It was a drive through, when I got there a cashier by name of Zikhona what should I say "help" me. my actual order was 1/4 chicken breast and chips I asked her to add salad on the side. then she told me there is no breast no salad, then I ask her why? she told me its finish!! then she told me " you came late". question is how can you display a menu item that you don't have? how can you tell the customer that you don't have????? or its finish?????. then I asked to speak to the manager she told me nicely " next window" . when I got there I asked the two ladies at the window why there is no chicken breast then one of them said there is?? then I head at the back "its for the next customer". then I asked for the manager told him I want my order the way I wanted it he said to me "you can park to the front and wait", I waited then eventually they brought my order. when I got home no chips!!!!!! i called the manager he went to find out then he called me then told me " they said you wanted salad instead of chips !!!!!! I did not receive my chips and I paid for it!!! this was the worst service I received at your store.
