Order#199 placed on the 13th April 2024 at 21h16 . It was a drive through, when I got there a cashier by name of Zikhona what should I say "help" me. my actual order was 1/4 chicken breast and chips I asked her to add salad on the side. then she told me there is no breast no salad, then I ask her why? she told me its finish!! then she told me " you came late". question is how can you display a menu item that you don't have? how can you tell the customer that you don't have?????

To start, I've been in customer service since 2010. 03 Aug 2024, my family drove to N1 City Nando's. We were a total of 8 customers including 1 child. Firstly we waited long for all our orders. 3 orders had to be returned and replaced for visible raw bloody chicken. The garlic roll plate was warm but the roll was cold, that too was returned however visibly not grilled, possibly microwaved.

8-9 staff sat to eat whilst tables lay dirty. Order was wrong . Food was cold.
