My first visit to Newcastle city centre, and therefore a Nando's was in order!

The highlight of the visit were the staff, who were all really friendly and helpful throughout the meal. Unfortunately for the service and food, it took almost 25 minutes for the food to arrive, despite it not being overly busy, and the food itself was below average. The chips were lukewarm and quite bitty, and the butterfly burger was completely dry. I sent it back for more Extra Hot sauce on the grill, and it came back significantly improved, though it is a shame it was served so dry in the first place. My colleague's was also dry, but he put up with it, just wasn't very impressed. Rice portion was also on the small side.

Decoration was pretty good, though tables a bit cramped. Will be a trip to Eldon Square next time to compare!
