Been waiting over 5 minutes for a Fork... Not quite sure what issue they have with For Ks but they seem to be in short supply so watched my dinner cook down rapidly whilst waiting for them to come out of their dish washer.
Table 19 was an interesting place to people watch both customers and staff. Lots and lots of staff. No FOR KS.

The new ordering system didn't work for me, and I was unaware i could still have menus and order at till. It took 20 mins to get to the online checkout, then I needed an authorisation number via email - which never came! the whole ordering system took 30 mins!!

Manager on duty extremely helpful, patient and understanding at the fact that we were experiencing difficulties with ordering via the app. She couldn't have been more welcoming

The staff were fantastic but the food was appaling today. We often eat out at nandos but we were very disappointed. Both felt I'll not long after and had bad stomachs. Wont be visiting any time soon

I didn't ask for the food seeing as it was free but a 29minute wait was a bit steep. In saying that however the food was pretty good. Loads of peri salted chips, well cooked, saucy, half chicken mango and lime but the garlic bread was black so they get a 4 not 4.5 for the food.

A short distance away from the Newport Leisure park with it's cinema, mcdonalds and pizza hut, this is where the sat nav will send you. Finding the retail park is a bit harder but it is behind the large Tescos, the shops around it aren't the greatest with brands like Boots, Peacocks, Specsavers and Newlook.

Sat Nav (mine anyway) takes you to the Cineworld and you cannot see Nando's from here as it is way over on the other side of the retail park by Tesco/Pizza Express, use NP19 4QQ for the post code. This retail park is on the outskirts of Newport, so is some 3.5 miles away from Newport train station - so one to probably get to by car and there are hundreds and hundreds of free parking spaces spread right the way across all the retail parks.
